This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process through the Ušen Horses Admin mobile application (the “App”), for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local law.

The App is intended for the staff of an equestrian center (administrators and trainers) to manage clients, horses, sessions and hour ledgers. On behalf of the controller, the App user also processes data about the center’s clients.

We do not sell personal data. We use the following processors to operate the service:
Some processors (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for the duration of the business relationship, and in line with statutory retention periods. Device and sign-in data is retained until the device activation is revoked or you sign out.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent). To exercise your rights, contact us at podpora@horsesbooking.app.
If you believe processing infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
The App is not intended for independent use by children. Where the center keeps data about minor clients, it is entered by staff within the business relationship with the legal guardian.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage of sensitive keys in the system Keychain, and device authentication mechanisms.
